Payment is upfront.✦ You'll be sent the initial sketch for approval, and if you want updates after that you will have to ask me.⟡ Full refunds are only available if I haven't started drawing them. If I have already started, it will be a 50% refund.✦ You can ask for updates absolutely whenever you want! I try to respond quick and efficiently, no matter the query. When I send the invoice, I will also be providing a spreadsheet where you can check for updates. I try to keep it updated regularly!⟡ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.✦Do not re-sell my work or use it commercially. CHARM COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
Charms are 2.5 inch and double-sided, with the clasp of your choice. Clasp choices will be provided in the form.Charm files are due on July 23rd, meaning:
⟡ All drawings will be finalized July 23rd and no later.✦Production will start a week after July 23rd, give or take! Production will take around an estimate of ~1.5 months to 2 months to complete! The ETA for the charms to you would be Mid-to-Late September.⟡ I am only accepting 3 slots.✦ Shipping is worldwide.
